Terms and Conditions:

This special offer applies to orders placed by 30th September 2009.

A minimum order of 2 surveys required, the first survey to be conducted by November 31st 2009, the 2nd survey to be conducted by June 30th 2012.

Prices quoted apply to a maximum of 2,000 employee participants. Surveys with more than 2,000 participants will incur additional charges (please ask for details).

All surveys conducted online. Additional charges will apply for paper based survey versions (please ask for details).

Questionnaire and reports of Getfeedback's standard layout and design.

Survey conducted in English. Translated survey versions run at an additional charge (please ask for details).
