Our 360° tool for leaders identifies development needs by gathering feedback from a number of people. It also enables you, through repeated use, to see if the development plan is working.
You can also access the information gained by using some of our psychometric tools, whether looking at personality through a tool such as Orpheus, or looking at what motivates them by using Intrinsic, looking at their integrity (Giotto) or their ability (RANRA and Watson Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal).
Two assessments - Hogan Personality Inventory and the Hogan Development Survey - can provide great insight by considering how people are when they are at their best and when they are most stressed.
